Questions
Do my guests have to install the app?
No. With the QR or the link they can take photos from their phone’s browser. With the app they also get a notification when the photos develop.
Can I see the photos before the reveal?
No, and that’s the point. Nobody sees them, not even the organizer. If you need to, you can bring the reveal forward from the host panel.
Do the photos lose quality?
No. The original of every shot is kept (for photos uploaded from the web, up to 16 megapixels) and can be downloaded as it is.
What if there’s no signal in the venue?
With the app, the photos stay on the phone and upload by themselves when the signal comes back, even the next day.
Who can see the photos?
Only people who have joined the event, and only from the reveal. Nothing is public or indexed by search engines. The organizer can delete any photo and remove anyone.
What if someone uploads a photo they shouldn’t?
Any guest can report it from the photo itself. If it involves a minor, it is hidden immediately; we review all other reports within 24 hours.
